1) Then click the ‘Convection Section’ tab.
2) Then click the ‘Edit Process Details’ button

3) Then click the 'Coil Data' tab

4) Clicking the ‘Add Coil Section’ will create a new convection coil section or ‘bank of convection tubes’.

Note: See above for how the no. of rows within a particular coil section can be altered

Note: Section 1 is the lowest in the convection section - i.e. hotter part of the flue gas (shock section). As the Section no. increases as the flue gas flows towards the stack.

8) Once you have defined your coil sections, click the ‘Flow Summary’ tab.

Note: See above how the process fluid within a particular coil section can be selected within the drop-down option. This drop-down will contain the list of the fluids that you have defined within the ‘Process Section’.

6) Enter the flow order of the process streams in the respective coil sections. For example, enter number ‘1’ for the 1st section the fluid enters, then no. ‘2’ for the 2nd section the fluid enters, and so on...

Notice that the example shown has two process fluids shown. This also represented by the different colour tubes shown in the image.
